Meditation is a practice which means it’s a process not a destination. Time, correct methods and understanding of the physiological and psychological responses required to enter into meditative states has to be an intrinsic part of the practice.
Max Meditation SystemTM was handed down to me in teachings from The Modern Mystery School. It’s been designed with a combination of traditional practices, Neuro-linguistic programming and psychology.

Max Meditation SystemTM sessions are set up in energetically prepared spaces full of high vibration love, joy and positivity. The sessions start with relaxation of the body and gradually through different brain wave states into a guided meditation and finishing with a gentle return to the here and now.

Max Meditation SystemTM is based on a fusion of ancient techniques of Yoga and mind acrobatics mixed with modern techniques of Neuro-linguistic programming. It was developed by Founder Gudni Gudnason who has travelled around the world for the last 35 years exploring the phenomena of the mind and people. He learned the ancient methods from prominent teachers in India and Tibet and has received a degree in NLP and Psychology in Europe.
Max Meditation SystemTM is a seated meditation, you won’t be expected to sit on the floor or sit cross legged. You’ll have a chair to support you, and you are very welcome to bring a blanket, water and wear comfortable clothes.
