What to Expect From Body Sculpting Wood Therapy

1) A quick consult first

We’ll chat through:

  • your goal areas (tummy, love handles, thighs, glutes, arms, back)
  • fluid retention, cellulite texture, bloating, heavy legs
  • any health considerations so we keep everything safe and effective

2) Warm, private, properly comfy set-up

You’ll be on a heated couch, with blankets, calm lighting and music. This matters because a body that feels safe releases faster.

3) The treatment itself (how it feels)

Body Sculpting is results-led, so it’s more targeted than a relaxation massage.

You can expect:

  • stimulating, firm pressure in concern areas
  • a “spicy but satisfying” sensation on tighter, congested tissue
  • I’ll always adjust pressure so it’s effective but not brutal

4) Tools used

Depending on your booking area, I’ll use:

  • wood sculpting tools (rollers, cups, sticks, gua sha boards)
  • infrared, ultrasonic and vibration lymphatic brush work to support circulation and flow
  • luxury oils for smooth, comfortable movement

(If your session includes it, we’ll also do face cleanse + gua sha/crystal rollers.)

How many sessions do I need?

Does it hurt?

Can I book MLD on its own?
